allow me to express my deepest apologies for any inconvenience this issue may have caused for you.As explained in your letter, your vehicle was towed for unauthorized parking during an overnight visit to the communityThough we understand that you may feel the situation is far from ideal, the results of our own internal investigation into the matter indicate that the contracted towing company, Kwik Tow, properly exercised their right to have removed the vehicle from a no-parking areaUnfortunately, this occurred during a hectic holiday weekend in which both the towing company and the property, itself, were extremely busy.I understand that there has been some confusion over why the tow occurred as it seems the area your vehicle was removed from did not specifically contain no-parking signsAs this situation has not occurred previously, we were unaware that such confusion might occurWe believed this area would be correctly interpreted as an unauthorized parking zone due to its lack of parking insignia, stall markings or curb stopsSimilarly, we believed that the adjacent no-parking signs relating to the fire zone would be sufficient to identify this area as restrictedWe have, however, given your concerns our complete attention and are considering further measures to post additional signageThank you for sharing your suggestions with us!
