Review: This was my First visit to this Dental Office,My Insurance, Delta Dental (website) is where I found this dentist... My first visit I was told that My insurance was ACCEPTED at this office.. I asked plenty of questions about other fees and was told about one fee, if you don't call or email to cancel your appointment your charged $125.00.. That's what is said on the site..little did I know that the Dentist that I was seeing has TWO offices in the same area.The one I went to didn't take my insurance from what I know NOW! both [redacted]'s lied to me right from the beginning after I was told that my insurance was accepted. Niether both [redacted] know's what is going on.I still havent recived a recipt from when I paid $771.00 out of pocket for a "cap" that was put in.. I feel like i've been taking advantage of because it was my first time there.. I spoke with a representitive at Delta Dental and I was told that the money I do owe is only $630.00..I'm being harassed every other day for an absurd amount of money ($1,355)that I do not owe!Desired Settlement: I would like to send my check to delta dental!
