I ordered a "groupon" for this company March 5th, 2013. Within a day or two I called to make my appointment for eyelash extentions. The facility is booked about 6 weeks out. I set the appointment for April 10th 2013. a couple hours before my appointment, I received a text message from a woman, saying she is the owner, and that there has been an emergency and has to cancel. She advised me she would reschedule by the end of this week. She told me she would get me in by Saturday. She was on her way to the hospital, and she would call me later to reschedule. The next afternoon, Thursday, after not hearing from her, I called and left a message. There was no returned call, so I sent a text, like she had. I received a text back that they are completely booked until May 17, 2013. I responded to her message at let her know I was told she would fit me in before Saturday. There has been no response from her after that. She hasn't responded to my text, will not take my calls, or respond to my messages. This service was paid for in March.
