Two days after receiving permanent eyeliner I developed the worst case of conjunctivitis I have ever seen in both eyesEven after following the after care directions to the letter, the eyeliner is almost completely gone under one eye and uneven under the otherWhatever numbing cream was used prior to the procedure did not work at allThis was the most painful experience I have ever had and not worth it even at a discount price While she (MsH.) was very nice I couldn't recommend this business because of my bad experience

While she (Ms. H.) was very nice I couldn't recommend this business because of my bad experience.
