Review: This business failed to make clear there store policy. I went back today to return a flat iron that cost me 87.00 which didnt meet my expectations, and was told by manager that they don't do store returns just store credit. The store manager told me I should have asked about store policy at the day of purchase. I checked my receipt and no sign of store policy either. I have never in my years of living in NYC heard that petty excuse, she did show me a sign which is literally upon entry of store towards the ceiling, which is not visible unless you want to look at the store lights thats how high up the sign is, when it should be placed by the register and made clear.

I ve been a customer for years, and never noticed this store policy sign, which is not fair to consumers.Desired Settlement: I would like my money returned to my credit card since this purchase did not meet my expectations nor did they have another model to replace it with, within the same price point.
