HORRIBLE costumer service. The staff is rude, disrespectful and they do not know their products. Personally experienced and witness poor costumer service every time I am in the store. I will NEVER EVER give them my business EVER AGAIN!

Review: I purchased a hair dryer at Beauty 4 U in [redacted] MD. Their policy is if returned within 30 days you can exchange for store credit. We tried to put the hair dryer up the same day and it would not go and a tiny spring popped out, meaning it was defected in some way. So I decided to return the dryer. I meant to take it back the next day, but was busy at work and took it back well within the 30-day limit.We never plugged it up, the cord was still wrapped as it was packaged. Box and all intact. A worker went to get the manager who did not plug it up, ran his hand around the inside and came up with a tiny, tiny piece of lent and said it's hair and it's been used. He's the one that unwrapped the cord that I never unwrapped.[redacted], manager came up with all excuses, saying it must have been sitting for a while and then he would let me have a store credit but he would have to discount the credit.I said no to that as I wanted credit for what I paid for.It seems he would try anything not to comply. Saying he couldn't send it back to the company. It was terrible and my blood pressure went sky high just for him to accuse me of using something I never plugged up because we couldn't get it up. When I did understand what he was getting at..the final straw is when he told me he is not [redacted] or [redacted] and I told him I know because I would have been treated much better at the [redacted] and [redacted] I would appreciate some help in this matter. Thank youDesired Settlement: I would like to have the store credit that is offered if I cannot get my money back. For the poor treatment, I will accept the money if it is offered.
