SCAM~ SCAM~ SCAM!!!!!!! I fell victim to this SCAM! I am FURIOUS with this company, Or shall I say, BS that claims to be a company! Me and My husband called and talked to them like 10-times or MORE and argued over and over, only for them to keep interrupting and hanging up on us and trying to over ride what we said, claiming the facts about the direct withdrawal were Clearly stated in Bold letters Where I would have agreed to pay! NONE of that was true!!! WHY on earth would I have agreed to them taking almost $out of my account twice every TWO weeks?!?! They would NOT give us an address to their location and then once they did, they ended up giving us multiple different addresses from California to Florida and then some From New York! Which to NONE of them were "actual addresses." After multiple calls and arguments ALL morning long We finally hung up with them and we told them theyd hear from our lawyer and we would send a certified letter and we were going to stop payment on our credit cards!! roughly mins later one of the first ladies we talked to called my cell phone and wanted to let me know they were crediting my account for 35% of what they took!! I told her again, BS and that they were going to refund me 100% period! That I did NOT authorize them to take my money and that they WOULD credit me the full almost $400! She told me they could not do that to which I responded, ohh you WILL!! And then I told her I was thru arguing with their Scam of a business and theyd hear from my lawyer then I hung up on her Not minutes later she calls me back asking me to please listen and give her a chance to talk that they were going to refund me 50% of what they took out and I responded with the same thing, NO, you will give me back 100% of what you have wrongly taken from me and when she didnt agree I again hung up on her She calls back for a third time again not minutes later and wanted to let me know that they would refund me 100% of what they took this morning! I asked her when she says 100% was that the full almost $and she replied no, I can only refund what we took this am and cancel my account with them to stop future withdrawals! With that again, I told her no that was BS and was NOT good enough that she BETTER cancel my account and that They WILL give me my 100% of the almost FOUR hundred dollars and that I was NOT going to be satisfied til they refunded my FULL amount and that they WOULD STILL hear from my lawyer and then I hung up again I WISH there was a way I could TAG this statement to EVERYthing they have and warn SOOO many others that have and will fall for this horrible Scam!!!! ~~Product was Nue Vitality~~
