This was my first experience at this salonI scheduled my first appointment for cut and color pleasant salon atmosphereSince my appointment was later I guess the staff found it appropriate to cuddle on the pedicure coach and make vulgar jokes at the manicure stationAs distasteful as that was I was focused more on my hairAfter getting the color and cut I was not happy about the colorI had expressed that I wanted a burgundy black cherry color and it was brown red at bestI was told to let it grow on me and call back of which I did the following dayI scheduled 2:at the day of the appointment I was called to move it back a half an hourOk I show up at wait another minutes before I'm met by my stylistI sit down and I'm told they can bring the color that is currently in my hair they can move the color upWhich would be fine if I liked the color which I don'tAll of this said essentially I am stuck going somewhere else paying another large amount to get it fixed
