Hi I will like to respond to complaint # [redacted] Sorry for the late response plenty clients for PromIn regards to [redacted] I will be providing more evidence in another email to add to disputing this claim [redacted] reached out to me in April via verbal contact over the phone to book her appointment for her and daughter for May [redacted] to receive Express Mink LashesI have explained to [redacted] what that specific service consist of and then is when she realized that was not the service she wantedI mentioned to her that if she chooses the other service "Faux Mink Extensions" by upgrading paying the additional monies she will not be able to receive the complimentary refill due to the fact that neither" I or [redacted] " is receiving the full amount on the serviceHer initial amount was paid to [redacted] in the amount of $the amount I will receive is $If [redacted] pays the additional to me it only allows me to receive $ [redacted] was initially ok with that after explained that when she come back for her fill she will have a $off rendered to her on both services With those clients that receive complimentary fills, they must return within exactly 2wksSuch info is stated on [redacted] in its fine line literature which I will be providing to Revdex.com as evidenceFollowing the completion of her appointment on May ***, [redacted] booked a 3wk appointment with me for June 1st given $off of the fill which is priced at $65, in which all along [redacted] was happy withAlong with evidence to dispute MsLorusso complaints, I will like to add that I have reached out to [redacted] to accommodate her to the best of my ability after receiving her complaint [redacted] did not answer to communicate verbally only via text which I have attached to this emailIn addition I have mentioned to [redacted] being that she have reached out 11days later or 11days after her service was rendered with a complaint I can accommodate her but only by giving her a full set at the cost of a fill which is priced at the amount of $along with the mentioned $offThere isn't any refunds on beauty services rendered to clients, due to the fact that the service was rendered [redacted] was not happy with the suggested accommodations and threatened to go to Revdex.com since she did not like the suggested accommodationsAfterward communicating with [redacted] her daughter who I have serviced as well the same day with [redacted] decides she will go to my personal social media page two days in a row Monday May [redacted] and May [redacted] to attack my character and hinder my business which is considered cyber attackingI have reached out to the daughter and [redacted] and demand that they stop or I will take them to court for defamation of characterI have never spoken to the daughter verbally nor have the daughter reach out to me to complain about her lashesI have been in this industry for several years and never have I seen such things as suchI believe that if [redacted] had an issue with her lashes the first week I should have been contacted and she would have been accommodatedI do not feel that [redacted] should be refunded because of the behavior she has allowed her daughter to display towards meIf Revdex.com need any additional information I am willing to give to Revdex.comThank you I have also attached [redacted] daughter social media behavioral in a additional email
