This is by far the worst subscription box service I've ever experienced by customer service and product standardsThe shipment was extremely slow (several weeks), and customer service is understaffed and contribute to slow response times (weeks) to an email ticketing system inquiryThree of five of the paid box's products were extremely cheap, including samples that are frequently given for free, i.eDove body wash, and other low quality or no name brands, including several dental floss picks and a discount store brand (Laura Ashley) body lotionBeauty Box 5's marketing is deceptive to consumersThis is not a trustworthy business
