Review: I placed an order with company on 2/13/2014 for three fragrance products. I received a package on 2/20/2014 and found one of the items missing. I immediate called the customer service line on the invoice. I spoke with a rep named [redacted] who promised the issue would be researched and someone would get back to me. After not getting a response, on 2/25 I emailed the company using the contact email on their website for customer care explaining what had transpired. I received no response to that email. I emailed again on 3/1/2014, after verifying I used the correct contact email address. I didn't get a response to that email. On 3/3/2014 I used the live chat service they offer on their website to try to resolve the issue. I explained what had happened and asked what I needed to do to get this issue resolved. I was told I would be contacted about the issue within 24 to 48 hours, and a ticket was created. I received an email of the chat transcription. After over 48 hours I still hadn't hard back as I was promised. On 3/5/2014 I sent another email, forwarding a copy of the transcription showing I could expect a response within 48 hours. I requested some kind of a response, and indicated my dissatisfaction with the customer service. I let them know that if I didn't get a response within 24 hours I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com.

The item that is missing is call [redacted] EDT spray. I was billed $32 for the product. I did not get the product, and I want refunded. It could be because the other two items I ordered were similar and perhaps one item got counted twice, or the freebie was counted as an item I order, or the person packing the box got nice Valentine's gift for someone. I don't know, but I know I didn't get it and after 5 attempts to resolve the issue without any response and resolution is beyond patient on my part. I don't know what else to do with these ppl ignoring me and making promises they don't keep.Desired Settlement: I'd mostly just like a refund at this point. I'd also like this company to acknowledge what happened. I've never had such a horrible experience with customer service. I contacted them 5 times, and the two times I spoke to someone they blew me off telling me someone would get back to me. No one addressed my problem. This is a horrible company and if the people packing the products are anything like the customer service people, I can see where there would be a problem.

A refund has been issued to the customer today. She should see it in a couple of days on her card, depending on her bank.

Review: I ordered a product via amazon.com marketplace. They shipped the wrong product to me - advertised incorrectly on the amazon.com website.

I alerted them to the issue and they sent me shipping return labels. Shipped product back. They only refunded a portion of what I paid. I paid $40 and they refunded only 15. Turns out I ordered two products from them and they are choosing to refund the lower cost item that I DIDN'T return. Very nice. They now have their product back but only refunded a portion of my costs.

Very dishonest.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. They have their product back.

I've never written a bad review for a business but Beauty Bridge is SO bad that I had to in this case.
Terrible company. I placed an order online for 10 of an item. They only had 1 in stock so instead of checking with me to see if I wanted only 1 instead of 10, they charged me for 1 item and the full shipping cost for the 10 items. I called to explain their mistake and they refused to refund or even discount my shipping charges. I ended up having to cancel the charge on my credit card.
And that wasn't the end of it... I'm not sure if it was intentional or not but the woman in customer service that I spoke to called me and hung up several times over the following few days.
