a gift card that she purchased online and I understand her frustration. Unfortunately, we have no access to any purchases made on the company website. Massage Envy is a franchise and we are locally owned. Anything purchased online must go through the franchise support center. When this type of problem arises we are instructed to give the client the gift card help email address and that is what we did. We would love to be able to help and had she purchased it in our location we could have. There is nothing we can do for her on our end. We have also passed this information along to our District Manager to make the franchise support center aware of the problem. Thank you!
