Review: I ordered VABK Kinky Curly Fro 14" Mongolian2 @ $120.00 p/pk totaling $240.00 on January 19th. On February 10th, I inquired about the delivery of the hair as I had not received the package or notification that the package had been sent. I also had no tracking number for the package. Ms. Ashley R[redacted] responded to my email on Feb 12 stating that my package would be shipped on Monday and she will send me the tracking number. On March 2, I asked Ms. [redacted] for the tracking number as I still had not received the package or any information about the tracking number. Ms. [redacted] responded that day with a tracking number on Jan 31st. In following the tracking number is showed that delivery was made on Jan 31st (the address was nto disclosed) I then reminded Ms. [redacted] in an email March 3rd that she had informed me on Feb 12 that the package would have been delivered the following Monday which was February 16th and thus that tracking number she sent me could not have been for the package I inqured about since that tracking number showed the package being delivered on Jan 31st. I attempted to contact USPS to ask about the package, but because I hadn't shipped the package, they would not assist me any furhter. I asked Ms. [redacted] to put in a complaint about the package that had not been received. She reported that she put insurance on the package. However, I have not head back from Ms. [redacted] since March 5th.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back at this point due to not receiving the package and there being inconsistent information regarding the shipping and delivery of the package. An error was made and I felt Ms. Robionson was not helpful in seeing that her customer (me) was satisfied with the service she provided and had received the package paid for. Ms. [redacted] also did not return the money or was open to sending more hair. At this point, I would liek to receive my money back. Thank you.
