The client, came into my salon on November 11, asking for a partial foil, however the client had to ten months of untreated medium ('mousy') brown hairA partial foil would not be a method to use for the best results on untreated hair.I discussed this with herWe further discussed
what could be done and we decided on highlights and lowlights for $198 After I finished with the coloring process and began to blow dry her hair she jumped out of the chair almost in tears saying her hair looked gray, that she looked like her motherShe then proceeded to ask the other clients and my employees who were there at the time if her hair looked gray and they all assured her that it was not grayThey all remarked that her hair was a Pretty Blonde in the high lighted section with low lights for balance.I offered to apply a toner to darken her if she thought it was too light blonde or "gray" lookingI proceeded to do the toner and she was happy with the colorWhen she was checking out she said she had no cash on her and needed to go to an ATM, I asked her to leave her drivers license to ensure she would return and pay for the service provided to her.She was never told that cash was not accepted.She never mentioned or produced a coupon.I offered for her to return in a few days if she was still not happy with the color, and I would tone it down more at No Charge to her.She returned minutes later demanding a receipt which was emailed to her within minutes.She did return on the following Tuesday, but she still was very indecisive on what she wanted done, or how to make her satisfied with her hairAt that point I decided it was best not to push or encourage her into trying any other services.She never asked for a partial or full refundShe never returned or made ant attempts to contact me after this.The amounts she is stating to restore her hair seem out of bounds, further there was no damage to her hair or was there ever 'gray' coloration.Please see my dated photo!If I can provide any further information or evidence please let me.Thank you for your attention
