I have been ordering hair products from this company approximately two and a half years nowFor the most part I used to receive my order on timeHowever, for the past four or five orders ,I have seen my orders delay for as much as ONE MONTH, and no communication from the companyEach time I inquired about the delay I was told that the items were "out of stock," but this information was never presented until I inquired about the delays Customer service is nonexistentThey will act as though you are bothering them when you try to get information regarding the status of your orderHowever, my last order that was placed on 04/09/ is what prompted me to file this complaintI placed the order on 04/09,and there was no information indicating that the products were out of stockOn 04/12, I received an email stating that one of the products was out of stockI was frustrated because it keeps happening over and over, and I needed the productsI emailed *** *** and informed her
