I was sent a product free sample, they sent me another item as well, these were not good for my skin, had a reaction, stopped usingI just received another shipment and was charged full price, called to cancell, they said I didnt do this in a day period, which they donot tell you by order confirmation ar any other means of communicationThis is a scam company and should be investigation I have cancelled my order but am still being charged and please investigate this company
I ordered the Vskin Active product on lineThen another product was added to my order and I was charged for itI called immediately to cancelThey insisted that the two go togetherBut when they advertise the Vskin Active, they don't say thatThe product was sent to me anywayI called again stating it was supposed to be cancelledThey inform me my money will be returnedtrail period has come to an end and I don't like the productI call on 4/to cancel and they won't let me stating I have only one specific day to cancel and I have to call back on 9/that day and that day only or I will be charged $each month for the productThis is ridiculous
On July 14, 2016 I ordered the free trial of the Pure Garcinia and Pure Green Coffee dietary supplements and just paid for the shipping on each. If you call within your 14 day trial they are to cancel the auto-shipment without any problems. Upon taking the pills on the first day I was sick IMMEDIATELY. I called the very next day to ensure nothing else would be shipped and I was connected with a Representative name xxxxxx, Agent # 01328. She REFUSED to cancel my "subscription" until I tried it longer. Again, I explained upon taking these pills I became sick and I would not put another one in my body. She proceeded to prescribe a new dosage of this medicine. When I asked if she had any Medical knowledge or education to be offering this she confirmed she did not. When I asked to be transferred to a Supervisor she said none were around. This Representative continued to over-talk me and argue with my request and insisted I continue taking these pills longer WHICH I WILL NOT. She told me I can call back before 7/28 to cancel any future shipments, but wouldn't cancel it now??? BEAUTY CARE PRODUCTS IS A SCAM AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEYOND HORRIBLE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

These people are ridiculous! I called in the allowed time to cancel this order. It did not get cancelled.
When I received more of their products, I called again and they argued with me that I never called and I needed to show proof. They did finally agree to cancel my order and refund me $46.97 of the $93.95 for the order. They are some of the rudest people I have ever spoke with!
This company is a scam. I ordered the sample on 7/19/2016. They did not just take out the shipping amount. They took out $93.95 for the Garcinia and $93.59 for the Green Coffee. Then on 8/3/2016 they took out those same dollar amounts for another shipment that I did not request. First off they don't tell you once you order it's automatic shipment. Secondly, it was just a little less than two weeks after my first order of a 30 day supply. I didn't get through the first supply before they were sending another without my authorization. I immediately called them and ask them why would you send me another order that I didn't request? Why don't you say when placing order its automatic shipment? Speaking with someone I could barely understand. I said listen I don't want this product or no product from you. During the conversation he kept placing me on hold as if he was searching for my information. LIES... he came back to the phone trying to sell more products, he is telling me we will send you this and that for only $25 dollars. They never sent the cancellation confirmation email that I requested to show proof that I cancelled the second shipment and requested they refund me my money. The address on the packaging to send back product is incorrect. They are a fraud and full of mess. I will never get sucked into something like this again. It pays to not try to lose weight the easy way. Stick to what I know and sweat it out in the gym and continue to eat healthy.
