Prior to purchasing anything from our website every customer is required to accept the terms mentioned at two different places on the order form before placing the order which states that, “By submitting my information, “I confirm I am over 18 and agree to the Terms of Service and the Privacy policy of this site” Once you check mark the empty box and click to Rush my Trial we consider that you had read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions.  We offer 14 day trial period that start from the order date, in which the customer has the privilege of using a product for the cost of shipping and handling at this time. Then, after the Trial period has expired, the customer is charged for the full price of the monthly supply bottle received during your trial period. Thereafter, automatic shipments are sent out and charged to the customer every month, eliminating the need to remember to reorder their favorite product. A customer is not obligated to continue automatic shipments and can request cancellation at any time.  We regret to inform you that we are unable to locate your account prior to the information provided. Therefore, kindly provide us with the same information that was used at the time of placing the order and reply back to this email with the information mentioned below so that we may be better able to assist you:  1. However, we request you to review and refresh your recollection of the Terms and Conditions which is mentioned on our website, including specifically our cancellation and refund policy. The Cancellation policy outlined in the Terms and Conditions states, in part: “If for any reason during the Trial period (defined in the offer) of your Trial Promotion, you are dissatisfied with your Product, you will need to call our Customer Support and request either an extension of your trial period or a cancellation of the service. If you wish to keep the 30-Day supply you received, you may choose to pay for that month only and cancel your autoship program. If you are not interested in continuing to use the product for the rest of the month, you will need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return your product (opened or unopened) within 30 days of the initial trial date to prevent being charged for the full 30-Day supply you received to try. Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable. All sales after the initial 30 Day period expires are final. Autoship cancellations may be processed at any time and require contact with a Customer Service Representative to verify the account holder request. Cancellation of an Autoship request will take effect immediately and any/all future shipments will cease. It will be required to re-order if you would like to re- enroll at a later time.” The Refund Policy outlined in the Terms and Conditions states, in part: “We will gladly accept returns and issue full refunds (less shipping and handling and USD$20.00 restocking fee), no questions asked - for returns received within 30 days of the order date where no promotion was redeemed (i.e., Rebate or Trial Promotions). For regular offers where the full product price is paid (not including Promotional Discounts, Rebate, Promotions or Trial Promotions), simply contact a Customer Service Representative to receive return instructions and self-addressed, prepaid postage. Please note that we cannot process packages marked "Return to Sender" or "Refused". All returned packages require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to ensure accurate processing of your return to your account. RMA numbers can be obtained by calling our Customer Support Team.”  According to our record, [redacted] had placed an order for the products SkinElement and EyeVibe on December 03rd, 2016. The program that was agreed upon when you placed the order was per the Terms and Conditions that this is a 14 day trial period for the product SkinElement and 15 days trial period for the product EyeVibe in which the customer has the privilege of using a product for the cost of shipping and handling at this time. Then, after the trial period has expired, the customer is charged for the full price of the monthly supply bottle received during your trial period. Thereafter, automatic shipments are sent out and charged to the customer every month, eliminating the need to remember to reorder their favorite product. A customer is not obligated to continue automatic shipments and can request cancellation at any time. Furthermore, in order to avoid any charges and to proceed with the cancellation, [redacted] was required to contact our company within the trial period. Since we received no communication from you (via email or call) expressing that you were dissatisfied with the product. Therefore, you incurred the remaining balance for the charge of the products that you received for the trial bottle you were shipped. Besides, we are happy to inform you that we have provided you with a full refund in the amount of $105.79 (Trans-ID: [redacted] We regret to inform you that due to some technical error your refund in the amount of $97.83 could not go through successfully, therefore, we have sent a check in the amount of $97.83 to your mailing address confirmed. This amount exceeds the refund amount outlined in our Terms and Conditions, but we are happy to offer it to you in order to settle and resolve all claims and concerns that you may have.  We appreciate the opportunity of being of service to you and hope you will consider using our products again in the future. o Whom It May Concern:We are disappointed that this customer is unhappy with her experience with our company and we are diligently working towards a resolution regarding this complaint.Tom places his order for the product Nouvebelle on October 30, 2015. The customer paid shipping fees at this time...

for a 30-day supply of the product Nouvebelle and receiving a 14-day trial period.The “Free Trial” pertains to the time we are allowing our customers to use our product before their commitment to purchase the product, not for the actual product.  During their initial trial, customers who are unsatisfied with the product are free to call our customer service agents to cancel within the trial period without ever being charged the purchase price. Customers are also free to call into our customer service center and have their trials extended if they feel they need more time to review the potential benefits of its use before they commit.Our customer service number is made available to the consumer right after their initial purchase, as we send an order confirmation email to the email address they used to order their trial.  We also have the number disclosed on the packing slip and brochure that accompanies the product when it is shipped, our website, and the number is also located on the product itself.The terms and conditions are also made available via our website, and there is a click-accept terms and conditions box during the checkout process that links the consumer directly to the terms and conditions for further review before their purchase commitment.Customers enrolled in our Membership Program have the opportunity to cancel their Memberships at any time, and return the product to our warehouse for a full refund, no questions asked.  We also provide partial refunds to consumers that are not satisfied with our products, or don’t wish to be enrolled within our Membership program, but wish to keep the product anyway. Our customer service center is available 24-7 including holidays. On December 14, 2015 this customer was charged for the Nouvebelle product; and by doing do the customer was registered as an auto delivery customer.  Since, we had not received any communication from the customer to our support center at this time with any concerns on their account.When Tom contacted the Customer Service support about cancelling his account, per his request on January 13, 2016, the customer service department implemented that no additional charges would be applied to his account as requested.According to the customer account the customer called and spoke with the customer services support team, and requested to be cancelled and refunded. The agent canceled their account and offered a 50% refund, customer declined and customer services agent issued a full refund for the January monthly charge.A refund for the product Nouvebelle was issued on January 13, 2016, in the amount $97.83.Unfortunately, there will be no additional refund issued to this customer due to our 30-day return policy. According to our records the customer has pass the allotted time frame.We hope this will satisfy his concerns as well abide by our policies.
