12/20/16To Whom It May Concern,I am responding to the complaint# ***, the customer booked an appointment for the '"Ultimate Day of Pampering" Spa package that is a 5-hour service, enclosed is a copy of our brochure that has the description and pricingThe client came in for her appointment and
received all of the services described, when she went to checkout, she was quoted the price of $276.00, the price in the brochure and on our web page, she got mad and thought that it was $172.00, based on a copy of the brochure that she had that was outdated, our packages and pricing changed in August of 2016, so while she had a copy from this year it was old and out datedOur policy is to no longer offer packages or pricing that is not current as we continually update our website with the current descriptions and pricing and we have a disclaimer that prices are subject to change on the web, as well as have current brochures at the front desk in our salonIt was explained to her at checkout that the pricing had changed with the addition of a body wrap and other pricing changes, and that if she could show us the old brochure with the current description for the $we would honor it, however that was not the case and we offered her a current brochure which she declined When she was called to try, and rectify the situation It was again explained that we changed the package from a 4-hour service to a 5-hour service in August, and she was looking at an old brochure, but we would give her the old price and add the extra service that she received al a cart, to try and settle the matter, that was not sufficient for her At no time was anyone rude or unprofessional to herservices were rendered as per the description in our brochure and on the website, we do not feel that a refund of any kind is warranted Please feel free to contact us at ***-***-*** with any questions Thank you, Kristine R.
