on our multiple efforts to resolve her customer service issues. Please let me know if you would like any further clarification. 12/*/15 [redacted] emailed to ask where her product was as she did not receive a shipping confirmation. BeautyDNA Customer Care informed her that because she canceled on the same day her match processed, her match was canceled and no product was shipped. Her credit card had been charged and BeautyDNA Customer Care stated a refund would processed for [redacted]. 12/**/15 [redacted] emailed to follow up on refund request. The BeautyDNA Accounting team had not processed the refund. BeautyDNA Customer Care requested the refund be processed and informed [redacted] her refund would be processed. 12/**/15 [redacted] posted to the BeautyDNA [redacted] page stating she had not received a refund or product. Checking with BeautyDNA Accounting the refund was not processed and BeautyDNA Accounting processed it right away. [redacted] was sent confirmation of the transaction that is below: [redacted] Refund **-Dec-2015 14:03:16 [redacted]. 12/**/15 After not receiving a confirmation from [redacted] that this matter was resolved, BeautyDNA Customer Care sent another email with the refund confirmation and an apology stating this was not a normal business practice and we apologized for the inconvenience.
