Hi!  We did have an issue with the customer getting her return label. As we did state to her, normal shipping return costs are at customera expense as we do lose a lot of money waiting for items that may or may not be returned upon receiving the labels.  However, we did send a second label...

and did receive the items.  Ms [redacted] did use a coupon code as well and was refunded amount after code % had been taken off for said items.  We do our best here to make every customer happy, unfortunately, sometimes accidents do happen.  We don't send out any jewelry broken or missing items.  We wouldnt last long in the business if we did so.  Hope this helps with complaint, thank you!
