We apologize for the late response.  We have read the complaint and have looked back at our security cameras for indication of the interaction.  The customer's statement of the problem does not match anything of the date stated.  The day of 6/19/2017 we only had one exchange (a draw...

string hair) which we did exchange that morning.  There was no other customer that came in with a request of "exchange a item and purchase hair."  For the desired settlement, we would need the receipt of the disputed amount of $21.00 and item for further inquire.There was however a customer that disrupted business that came in with no exchange on 6/19/2017 at 7:19:19pm several minutes after entering and looking around they started to roughly touch the wigs which we do have serveral signs in our wig section asking for the customers to respect our wigs and touch them gently and not to touch the curly/wavy wigs so much.  This customer ignored the signs so the cashier politely asked the customer to touch the wigs gently and not to tousle the curly/wavy wigs around.  The customer proceeded to get angry at the cashier and started to raise her voice.  The cashier started to feel threatened and asked the customer to leave or she would call the police.  (At 7:26pm) The customer then harshly threw bags of braiding hair at the cashier's face that the customer previously picked up and walked out.  There was no purchase.  This is the only customer where the cashier told a customer that the police will be called upon.  The police were never called since the customer did leave.The problem in question does not match our security recordings of the day and if need be we are willing to send a recording of the date in question.
