Review: In September bondi was supposed to send out nail polish, they made up an excuse that it was delayed then charged for October then they made more excuses, I never received any of the nail polish I was charged for and they said they would refund everyone we are now almost January and they are ignoring all communications won't refund me and it was very convenient that all this happened after the 45 day dispute mark with [redacted]. I have been stolen from and not received anything. Many people are in the same situation as me according to their Facebook pageDesired Settlement: That I received my 19.99$ for one of the months I paid for as well as the 16$ refund for an additional box that bounced when they tried to refund me

Review: Back in August 2013 I signed up for a 6 month subscription of their sub box. $95.96 was the total for that. I got the first month (August) then September got delayed for 3 months, then they canceled their sub box, promising everybody refunds. They kept saying that they refunded it to my card but it never happened. They then told me that they would mail me a check, which never arrived.

At some point in September, before they announced the delay on the sub boxes, I purchased an extra box for $16, through paypal that I also never got. I also never got this refund either. I can provide emails and PMs (through facebook) for proof of these promises and my contact with them.Desired Settlement: I would really just like a refund, in the form of a cashiers check preferably.

Review: I purchased polish for 16 US $ from Bondi New York on October **2013 and Bondi New York never sent the product. On the [redacted]of october 2013, Bondi sent me a refund in the form of an e-check in PayPal. The e-check bounced again and again so I never got my refund. I sent others emails asking for my refund after that and I never got one. On January **I sent an email with the new form they have on their website for a refund but I still don't have an answer OR a refund more than 14 business days later. The owner is telling me on Twitter that he will send me a refund by Fed Ex and that I will have a tracking number but he never sent that either.Desired Settlement: The business have the responsability to give me a refund of 16 US $ for the product that I never received.

Review: I signed up for their online subscription service and was charged for 2 months at $19.99 a month only for them to cancel the service without ever delivering anything. I was told I would receive a refund to my card by the end of October and after repeated inquires I still have not gotten a refund for the two boxes. Now they will no longer respond to emails.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund the $40 they owe me promptly.

Review: I purchased a subscription for a monthly box of nail polish. I never received this box. I paid with [redacted], the company made promises upon promises to make good on the box which stretched out past the point of making a [redacted] dispute.

They requested I fill out a form with my information in order to issue a refund. I filled out the form and was told they were sending a cheque for the refund. The cheque never arrived, I emailed to request tracking and was ignored.

I was also issued a credit to their store for $25 which does not exist. I emailed the customer service email on their website which bounced back as email address not in service.Desired Settlement: I want my money back for a product that I paid for and did not receive. I was promised my money back and never received it.

I also want the credit of $25 for the store that I was promised and did not receive.
