I have attached a copy of the card that has the registration PIN and instructions on how to file a claimThe instructions (pertaining to this complaint) are as follows:HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM:Contact customer service at ###-###-####2.Confirm your registered warranty, proof of purchase and phone numberTake your device to an authorized repair facilityReceive approval for a check to be mailed in the coverage amount, up to $300.The *** number listed is for the company that manages the warranty claims and reimbursements.These instructions above were not followed.The customer sent the receipt for the claim to us on and we responded same day with information on where to send the receipt, the customer never acknowledged our response.Our customer service rep reached out by phone and spoke to the customer on how to submit the receipt and the customer said she understoodAt that point everything seemed to be handled.We got the notification that customer submitted a complaint on via email from Revdex.comWe contacted customer again and advised of the information for where she needed to send the receipt for claim againWe reached out again on to see if it had been resolved with no response.We did everything with in the scope of what we could, as we are not permitted to submit claims on behalf of the customer to the company who handles the warrantycellhelmet [redacted] Director of Operationsoffice: ###-###-####cellhelmet.com | wholesaleclick-here-to-watch-us-abuse-an-iphone

At that point everything seemed to be handled.We got the notification that customer submitted a complaint on 3.21.18 via email from Revdex.com. We contacted customer again and advised of the information for where she needed to send the receipt for claim again.
