The company enrolled me in a monthly automatic payment plan, not willing to refund my money after I called to cancel I placed an order via a Facebook Ad for a face productAd stated that I was a free trial and charged only for shippingI received the product, and then I was subsequently charged for difference transactions in one monthtransactions were for $each, others were for $and the last two were for $4.95, and $I called to have this cancelled and my money refunded since I returned the productThey stated that they would reimburse some of the transactions but not allI keep calling them, and they are not willing to assist

I ordered a Free sample of face cream from a company named Diamond Essence.The ad was on my facebook page.When I clicked it,It ONLY said that I needed to pay $for shipping.It asked for my name,address,and credit card number.There was No more info other than it saying that I would be charged the $shipping.I received the cream(maybe a half ounce BOTTLE)w/No paperwork.When I received my credit card statement,they had charged me $on 3/5/and then charged me $on 3/20/16.I immediately called Credit card and was told to call the Company which is DIAMOND ESSENCE..PHONE #XXX-XXX-XXXX.I called them and they said I had days to return it.The ad I clicked on NEVER said that and they were very rude.When I called my local Revdex.com,they couldn't even find this company..it came up as a Jeweler.I told them I was sending it back and they gave me an address of DIAMOND ESSENCEPO BOX XXXXXX#Tampa,Florida XXXXX .On the jar itself..it gives an address of DIAMOND ESSENCEDELE
