Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It is quite true that the terms and conditions of your website explain the trial offer and the associated customer's obligations However, as you are well aware, most customers do not take the time to read every word of the terms and conditions, so it is extremely deceptive to bury such critical information The ad definitely implies that this is a "free" bottle of cream Moreover, even if the terms were fully understood, it is completely impossible to enjoy a day trial beginning with the order date, when the product is not even delivered for daysAlso, you have not addressed that your ads contain blatant lies This product was NOT the biggest deal ever on [redacted] (I doubt that it was ever on [redacted] at all.) I have researched the most lucrative deals on [redacted] and this product was definitely not listed In fact, the photo of the " [redacted] " that you used in your ad was actually stolen from their website, where a completely different product was pitched.I think that you actually have a decent product But it is so unfortunate that you need to use advertising and prey on unsuspecting customers in order to get sales Regards, [redacted] ***
