I had put the paperwork aside to send & had completely forgotten about it.Mr. [redacted] complaint is unfounded at the very least as he signed the matted pet form.It is unfortunately a part of the grooming business that we see pets that are severely...

matted & at times abused & poorly taken care of. Mr. [redacted] was told that his pet was severely matted prior to the grooming & was given a price estimate based on the matting.  He was then given forms to sign (attached to this email are copies) He signed the "matted dog form" & AGREED to the price! He was angry when we told him that we needed to see the dog earlier next time before the poor dog got so matted.
