Review: On Christmas eve and at Beautyland, by a store owner, using my coat and bag, I was pushed in my stomach. Because I accidentally used a bathroom that was in a restricted this act of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and aggression was committed against me. The door to this area should have been locked. I went to the hospital. I was discharged with an impact injury.

The store owner who committed this act of aggression was an Asian male.

I asked for his name, but encountered resistance. His actions reflect poorly on the store. The bathroom for the customers has often been dirty.This male would never have pushed me if I had been another male. He should be removed from this store and location

I spoke with [redacted] about this incident, but he was unrepentant.Desired Settlement: This aggressive owner should be removed from this store.
