1- Although Beauty Magic does not even have a merchant account and is absolutely unable to receive Credit-card charges (all the deposit activities are either Cash or check), I went to the bank and reviewed every single 2014 YTD transaction, and could not find neither any credit/deposit in the amount of $262.00 nor any other sign of the alleged credit.
2- I have never heard from any of the names mentioned in the complaint nor have ever conducted any business with them.
3- Beauty Magic does not sell any items or services online. My services are offered exclusively to my valued clients who visit my salon in Orange County, California.
Nevertheless, I am willing and prepared to extend any further assistance upon receiving valid proof of transaction (i.e. Banks account name, branch, and number, Transaction confirmation, or any other credible evidence.

Review: My company made a purchase from Sun Laboratories at 20550 Prairie Street, Chatsworth, CA 91311 on 03-18-2014. When I received my bank statement a credit to Beauty Magic was on my statement. I then received a bill from Sun Laboratories, who I had paid by credit card on 03-18-2014, upon calling Sun I found out that "this has happened before" where the monies were credited to Beauty Magic. I have tried many numerous times to contact [redacted] at Beauty Magic only to get her voice mail. I have left numerous messages, emails all to no avail. I am trying to get the payment back so that I may pay the correct person, Sun Laboratories.Desired Settlement: I would like her to either issue me a check or credit my account so that I may pay Sun.
