The user purchased a product which has nothing to download, it is an online web-based product and the user successfully entered their details and used this serviceThe date their license was last used to enter our systems is 2015-07-03.Upon receiving the complaint through Revdex.com we reviewed all
of our systems and found no messages from this user on our voice message system or email ticketing systemThe user's monthly subscription was immediately cancelled and even through the user successfully used their license for a whole week, we have refunded the entire $in full

The only contact we are able to locate from this customer is from Friday August 7th This was sent after business hours and as such was not handled until earlier today, Monday August 10th.The customer's payment of $was refunded in full

The user was not cut offWhiteSmoke provides a SERVICE and unfortunately we experienced technical difficulties which resulted in some loss of serviceThe service has since been restored and the user has been contacted notifying them of this

Revdex.com:The 3 day response about the refund...YES they finally refunded my money but they never picked up the phone to return my calls (5) They never responded to countless e-mails requesting help or refund... This order was refunded in full on May 20th - screenshot attached. The 3 days between initial request and refund is because when technical issues arise we attempt to solve them.In addition, as compensation the company decided to allow the customer to keep their lifetime license for WhiteSmoke Mobile...
