Review: I purchase defective hair from this beauty supply store. This is the third time this has happened. The first time I did not return the hair, the second time it was so bad the hair was coming out in clumps. The third time the hair was returned to the maker which in turn contacted the store and informed them that they would get a store credit. Afterwards the owner sent me a message saying that the merchant told him that I could only purchase the exact same hair which the merchant said was untrue. The owner of the store did not have the hair in stock and suggested that I wait until he did. This has been going on since April 2nd. I suggested that I am able to purchase another type of hair the owner then said that he needed to recieve his credit first. He is making me wait longer than I was told the process would take. I was told this process should take two weeks, it is going on two months. I would like a refund for my purchase.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for my purchase.

Review: I shopped in this Beauty Mart ([redacted]) on December 16,2013. They had several wigs on a clearance table in the front window. I selected one and had to purchase a wig cap to try it on. I decided that I wanted to make the purchase of $9.99, which was clearly marked on the front of the mannequin head, however, when I approached the register, I was told that this wig was $19.99. I took the salesperson and the store manager on duty to the table near the window where I had first got the wig from. She then asked the salesgirl that assisted me and she told her that wig was from the clearance table and was indeed marked $9.99, however, the manager refused to sell it to me for this price. In fact, she went over to the same table and took the $9.99 price tag from another wig that was also on a mannequin head. This is a deceptive practice. She is blatantly in violation of false advertising. I would like this matter delved into closer. After requesting the manager's name, she told me she would not give me her name. I did take her picture, as well as, a picture of the clearance table and the wig in question. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like to be able to purchase this item for the price advertised. Thank you.
