I made a cosmetics purchase on 2/19/2016, totaling $28.54, at the Beauty Point Beauty Supply store, located at *** *** *** Road in Harrisburg PAUpon returning home that same day, I noticed I picked up the wrong lip gloss and proceeded to check my receipt for the store's return policyThe policy printed on my receipt states "No refunds or exchanges on wigs, ponytails, electronics, jewlery, and chemicalThe others, exchange or store credit with receipt within days of purchase in original condition"I attempted to exchange ONE product item on 2/23/2016, for another item at equal valueHowever, I was denied the exchange and told returns cannot be made on cosmeticsI informed the woman at the counter that their return policy on their receipt doesn't indicate such, and was not given a clear answer as to why my exchange couldn't be madeI advised the woman that since her store does not honor their own policies, I will no longer patronize their establishment

Review: Well I'm a regular customer that wear wigs for 20 years or more I come to store on regular brought two wigs one for $250 didn't have for one month and hair is bad come to find out they stop making [redacted] lace front wig by sensational over 3 years ago so this store is still selling bad hair for all this money that's like selling stale bread it should have exp date go back to store cause I'm a regular customer brought another wig this cost $229 and again bad hair [redacted] company on both hair told me to take back to store now owner ban me cause he saying it's me been buying hair from this store for years even bring ppl there to but stuff it's not fair to me as a cosumer and this store needs to be expose I will continue to wear wigs but will be more careful the company for $250 hair email me back twice as cosumer we don't know how long hair been on self company did not help or refund my money plz helpDesired Settlement: Want to expose hair company want to sue
