Review: I bought a flat iron with combs in it and I try to do my hair and the first section I try doing I saw that it was pulling my hair so I decided not to keep it and exchange it for a different flat iron without the comb and the [redacted] told me he could exchange it, in the receipt it says I have 14 days for an exchange or store credit I just wanted a different flat iron and the [redacted] didn't want to give me no information on what I could do he just said I used it and that's it, which I try using but could not all I wanted was a different flat iron. I don't want anything with this business since I always go there for all my hair supplies for the past 8 years is so sad I have to stop going for a flat ironDesired Settlement: I just want my money back since I don't want to buy from this business anymore after being a client for so long
