Review: I ordered a product 4/*/2015 from their website and was charged for it with 5-7 days delivery. I still have not received it. They list no phone number on their site and e-mails were undeliverable.Desired Settlement: Delivery of Order

Review: Approximately 2 months ago, I attempted to purchase a product by Ernie Laszlo "normalizer shake it". I did not think Beauty Rose received my inquiry because I never received a confirmation email informing me that my request was received. About 1 month ago, Beauty Rose sent me this product and took money out of my account. When I received the product, I did not open it. I took the product back to the post office and had them write "refused" on the box. That was about 3 weeks ago, and I have not received a credit. I have attempted to notify this company on 2 different occasions regarding this issue. I have left a telephone number and an email address, and no one has gotten back to me. I would like to get the money that is owed to me back ASAP. Thank you for your time!Desired Settlement: All I am requesting is my money back. This company will not have to worry about me doing business with them any more. Thanks!
