Review: I purchased a pair of contacts from Beauty Spot on September 20, 2013. After only wearing them two times, my left eye started to irritate me and become blurry. I went to Doctors on Sight to see an optometrist on September 23, 2013. They then informed me that I had a corneal abrasion from the contacts. I went to see an opthamologist on September 24, 2013 who confirmed that I had a corneal abrasion due to the contacts that I had purchased from beauty Spot. Beauty Spot is selling illegal contacts. The contacts are not FDA approved and are illegal. I have already contacted Maryland Board of Optometry and have started an investigation.Desired Settlement: I want to be reimbursed for the contacts and also for the 3 days of work that I missed due to the corneal abrasion I suffered from the contacts. I also want to be reimbursed for the two $35.00 copays I was forced to pay to see the optometrist. My pay for the three days of missed work is $694.56. I have not yet received the bill for the opthamologist but would also like that bill paid as well. So the total I woud like to be reimbursed is $783.44 plus opthamologist bill.

Until the recent receipt of this letter we were unaware of a complaint. Our store, Beauty Spot, has never Spoken to **. [redacted] prior to receiving the letter from Revdex.com.
