Review: I ordered hair products on july *, 2014. My Order number [redacted]. Was charged for these products and never recieved them. I e-mailed at least 20 times, they wont answer their phone and I believe this was a scam. I am out my money and have no products and I am in a different state. Please help.

Never received the order. Called multiple times: either left a message, or on rare occasions, talked to staff; they would either tell me they couldn't check the system 'right now' and to call back later, or tell me to go 'check the status' on the website.

The 'order status' is still: "Order Status: Order Received"

Have emailed them multiple times asking for status; have never received a reply. Have never received a call back when I asked them to call me.

I'm not sure of the dates that I've called them, so I'm listing 8/*/2013Desired Settlement: I wish for a apology. I emailed them today telling them I'm cancelling the order.

To my knowledge, they've never processed the charge to my credit card company, nor do I want them to.

Review: Ordered some hair products on 7/** and received an email confirming my order the next day. I have yet to receive the products. Can not get anyone to pick pick up the phone. Sent them an email and never got a response. Today (8/**) I sent them an email indicating that I wanted my order CANCELLED. I want to be assured that they will not run my debit card. On April [redacted] I emailed the company as per their website to inquire about my order. When I check "my account" on their website I can see that my order was received. The company did not email me back. I have also called and left a message on the phone number given (the same one you show on your website for this company). No response.Desired Settlement: I would like to ensure that my credit card is not charged and that the order is either filled or cancelled.

Review: Long story short, I bought an item from this company online. I returned the item back in February. I sent it back [redacted] with a tracking number. It was delivered to them on February [redacted] @ 11:34am. I contacted them through e-mail asking why I haven't received my refund almost 2 weeks after I had shipped the item out. There response was that they never received it back. I them gave them the [redacted] tracking number and they said on March [redacted] that they will process the refund and it will take 3-5 days to post. I e-mailed them again on March [redacted] stating that I still haven't received my return credit, they responded ok we will do it today. Finally, on March [redacted] I e-mailed them and complained that I still haven't received my return credit and that I will be contacting the Revdex.com. The response I got back was that they will check again. I am beyond fed up with this company and as a honest customer they feel the need to lie and not give me my money back. I have proof they received the item and they themselves state they received it and they will give me a refund. I don't understand what the issue is and hopefully you can help me out.

Review: Placed an order for Essie nail polish. Received confirmation that order was received. Never received product and as far as I can determine my credit card has not been processed. E-mailed this business multiple times to determine if product was going to be sent or if credit card information used. Finally sent 3 e-mails cancelling purchase. Fearful that credit card information will be or has been used.Desired Settlement: I wish confirmation that credit card will not be processed for initial purchase request. After reading the multiple complaints I doubt if I will hear from this company. Wish to alert of this companies business practices.
