Review: When I subscribed to the trial as advertised on Feelnewbeautylook.com and Beautyhealthyfeel.com, I was not aware that $94.95 would continue to be taken out of my checking account ONGOING. It was my understanding this would be a one-time initial charge. To my horror, $94.95 was taken out of my checking account via my Visa Debit card TWICE!!! this morning-March 19, 2015--for a grand total of $189.92, putting me seriously overdrawn at my bank. I had my bank customer service check into where these charges were coming from, and they traced it back to two links; Feelnewbeautylook.com for $94.95 and Beautyhealthyfeel.com for $94.95. I now have no money for gasoline, cannot pay the $80 owed to my payday loan company, and I have no cellular service. Please, please, please cancel my subscription and credit the $94.95 taken out twice ($189.92) BACK TO MY DEBIT CARD. I do not currently have an order number, nor do I have personal phone service, and am notifying you through my work email and phone. If any products should arrive at my home I will be more than happy to return them. Also, I can provide you with a bank statement printout showing where these charges for $189.90 were taken out of my account. If you are unable to do this, I have no choice but to turn this matter over to the claims department at Bank of America. If they are unable to help, or are unable to reverse these $189.92 in charges, I will assure you that my checking account will be shut down permanently and a new account taken out through another bank if necessary. If you wish to discuss this in person to resolve this, I can be reached up until 4:30 p.m. week days at work, at [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like the $189.90 refunded back to me, and NO FURTHER CHARGES TAKEN out of my checking account or debit card. I was under the impression this was a one-time, one-price trial offer and I did not intend to continue to be billed. If they continue to take $189.90 ($94.95 twice!!!) every month, I will have no choice but to either change debit cards or close out my checking account with [redacted]
