Review: On Friday, Feb. 27th at 5pm I had appointment with the [redacted]). I explained to her that I wanted full highlights and showed her a picture of what I wanted. She assured me she could do a GREAT job on my hair and had no problem in accomplishing her task. I expected to have carmel highlights. After she was done, I had a brassy bleach blond hair partial highlights. When I got home, my husband was upset with how I looked. When I left her business, she knew I wasn't happy. I called her the next day and requested her to honor her service. She asked me to come in on Sunday, when I arrived she was mad, rude and disrespectful to me. She put a toner on my hair and completely darken my hair. I tried to explain to her this isn't what I paid for. I suggested she can give my half of what I paid for so I can go somewhere else and try to get it fix. She refused and told me she would pass me off to another hair stylist in her business. I called Monday to schedule an appointment and she refused to honor her word and told me she wasn't going to do anything else for me. Leaving me with a charge of $85.00 using my hard earn money and disappointment on my hair If I could I would wear a cap to work. [redacted] was very unprofessioal in how she handled me and most of all my business. She made me feel very stupid and didn't care how I felt about my hair. I'm stuck with this hair color until I can afford to get someone else. I feel that her disrespectfulness and unprofessionalism is the main reason for my complaint.Desired Settlement: In the beginning, I did not expect a full refund but did state half of my money back but at this point, I would like a full refund.
