I payed for a service where only one part was completed. I then decided too not follow up with the second treatment due to underlying health issues I was experiencing at the time. I then let Angela know she stated I would only be able to get a partial refund if I supplied a Doctors note. This is going against my privacy and is a HIPPA violation. I shouldnt have to provide these forms to get a partial refund back from a service not preformed. She later not nasty with me through text messages saying no refund would be given seeing that I took my business to a different merchant. This is not proper business mannerism as someone who owns there own company. I expected more professionalism and respect. I do not feel comfortable to talk to her any longer or let alone let her complete the second service.
As stated on the consent form signed by the client, no refund is given until final result is seen for the procedure. Client had a two step procedure, and only 1 part of the procedure was done. Also stated on the consent form that the client signed is if any health or medical conditions arise a drs note must be provided stating that client is no longer suitable for this procedure. Nothing more. No privacy or HIPPA would be violated. I was willing to give client a partial refund if a drs note was provided as stated in the text photo above, Client refused to give a drs note, and then did not follow aftercare provided. Client openly admitted she did not follow her aftercare correctly which jeopardized all her healing and the work done as well. I have the messages printed and filed that I did not get nasty with the client, I simply asked her for a drs note to continue any farther. When client states she took her business to a different merchant, it was not for the same service and was for a service that completely violated her consent form and aftercare. Client then asked me for other services, responded to client stating a drs note would need to be provided for other services as well so I know she is suitable enough for alternative procedures and no health conditions would be effected. Client also stated in her review shown in the above image for my business, I quote “ great technician, caring and sweet!!! Professional and clean environment. She made me feel super comfortable during the procedure. My lips look awesome!! So happy!! “
