Review: I purchased a lacefront wig from this store 10/18/2013. I took it home that evening and when I took it out of the package to try it on, all of the threads on the adjustment band on one side were broken. It clearly had not been sewn down tightly. I took the wig bag to the store and the owner of the shop accused me of busting the threads. I requested that he give me a new wig or a refund. He refused and stated that he would sew the threads down. This is unacceptable because if these threads are faulty, then it is a possibility the entire wig is faulty.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $39.99 + tax that I payed for the wig because I believe it is defective.

Response:

The company called and said that the consumer came back to the store with the wig because the hooks in the back came undone. The company redid the hooks for the consumer and gave it back to the consumer and then the consumer took it home. The company says they have a sign at the register that states all sales are final and the consumer cannot take the wig back or get a refund.
