I bought a few items (rollers (4 packs), prong clips, & conditioner) from this store on February 28, 2015. I used one pack of the rollers & decided that I wanted to return the other three packs of rollers & the prong clips, which were unopened. The receipt states in the exact words & spelling*: "-Store Policy- NO REFUNDS. -Exchange or Store Credit Only with Receipt. Returned product Must be in Reseliable* - No Exchange on Wigs Hair Pieces, Jewelry, Dresses, Hats, or Other Accessories - All Sales are Final 14 Days In-Store Warranty on Electrical Products with Receipt - 30 Days Hold for Layaways with 30% Deposit No Refunds or Exchanges." I returned to the store on March 10, 2015, since I had the time, and cashier, [redacted], looked at the receipt and asked me, "Why did I wait so long?". I thought she could have responded to me in a different manner. I don't live in town, which is the reason why it "took me so long". She told me the store had a three day policy for store credits. Nowhere on the receipt does it states that & she had the nerve to say it was a normal policy for most stores. I told her that I have never heard of that before & she told me that I should have asked about it when I bought the items. I don't ask how long do I have to return items every time I buy something, and I don't always have the intention of returning items that I buy. All I wanted was a store credit because I knew I could not get a refund (because the receipt clearly states that). If I had known of this "policy" I would have made it a priority of mine to return it within those three days.Desired SettlementI am not asking for a refund since I am aware of the refund policy. I just want a store credit for the three pack of rollers & the prong clips.
