I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolvedAlthough the business has refunded the amount that they withdrew from
my bank account, the remaining issue with their business practices is that they represented to me over the phone that the plan was not renewable, yet today a representative of the company told me that it does auto-renew, which contradicts their earlier statement.

Review: They debited my account for 3 separate payments and when you email them someone new reads over it, and gave me a credit towards a new "glossybox" well, they not only took the credit, so I thought this months box would be "free" , I was wrong because they still debited my account for this months beauty box, I tried to cancel my account, and they hit you with a , you are still signed up for this months box and you will receive July's box still. So they are ripping people off. They list a phone number, ###-###-#### and when you try and call it, it hangs up on you.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for the boxes I never received in total it would be, $22., 84 times 4. Which is $91.36.

Review: I originally ordered a 12 month subscription to Glossy Box on February **, 2015. On Feb. *, 2016 I was billed $220 for another year's subscription. I contacted them and assumed this must have been a mistake, considering the original 12 month period wasn't even up yet! I deal with plenty of prepaid subscriptions and put it into my calendar to cancel or renew with them 2 weeks before the 52 week period was up (Feb **, 2016). When I contacted their customer service department about this, they informed me that I would have needed to cancel before January **, 2016. A full month and a half before the one year period was up.

I have just finished sending them the FIFTH email describing this issue, and while they have offered me a discount on the service, refuse to cancel the subscription - their claim is that my first box was their February edition (even though I didn't subscribe until the end of the month and my invoice from them was dated March *), and that my subscription is already considered renewed and my cancellation will be effective January of 2017. I have never done business with a company that was so rude towards their customers and so unwilling to work with them when there is obviously a misunderstanding. On top of their bad policy, I have earned an additional box through their reward program, and if they were insistent that it could not be cancelled within a month long period, I could use that towards the interim box but they also refuse that resolution.

When I started looking into this issue, it seems that it not only happens to MANY customers, but that they are always this dismissive in responding to the problem.Desired Settlement: The company should either give advance warning to charging customers after a full year, or they should send an email saying when the renewal will be processed. Also, in cases such as mine, they should offer prorated refunds in the case of a mid-year cancellation.

Review: I have a on-going subscription with this company and I did not receive my November box. I have called them several times leaving messages and left several emails including one I left through via Facebook page. I have contacted [redacted] with a tracking number to see if they can help me since I was getting nowhere with them. I received a email from [redacted] stating.

Dear Postal Customer,

I regret learning of the inconvenience you have experienced.

We only received pre-shipment info in our website, for your package, [redacted]. Our post office never received an actual package for delivery. You should call the mailer for further information.

Please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience this matter may have caused you.

I called and left a message with Beauty Trend USA telling them what I found out regarding my package. I also explained to them that I purchased a box for my mother and she did receive her November box but, the blush sample was crushed and could not be used. I would like a new blush sample sent out to her and I would love my November box as well.Desired Settlement: I would love to have my November box delivered to me since I have paid for it and to have my mother's blush replaced and sent out to her . I did start the process to dispute the charges since I haven't heard from the company but, would gladly reverse the charges if I receive my box. I haven't received the charge back money yet.

Review: This company, without my authorization, withdrew $115.00 from my account. I was previously a customer of this company which is in the business of monthly beauty subscription boxes. I previously paid $115.00 for the 6-month plan which ended in April of 2014. I was assured by their customer service that the 6-month plan is NOT renewable and I will need to authorize them to renew my subscription. Due to horrible customer service during the 6 months that I was with the company, I decided against renewing my 6-month plan. Today, 5/**/14, without my authorization they withdrew $115.00 from my account for another 6-month plan. I did not authorize withdrawal of that money.
