Hi, Thanks for contacting us for this refund issueAfter reviewing this case on our system, here’s what we found The customer received her first order (two hairpieces, Redi-Clip Layered II) on 11/25/ (USPS Tracking # ***) The
customer returned her items for an exchange and we received it on 12/8/ Then we exchanged it and shipped it to the customer on 12/9/ (USPS Tracking # ***) The customer returned her exchanged items and we received it on 12/16/ We called and left this customer a message pertaining to her returns, informing her that her returned items are rejected due to our policyThen we sent her items back to her on 12/20/as a result of rejection(USPS Tracking # ***) The customer returned her rejected items and we received it on 12/29/ Our return policy can be found on the back of invoice and our website as wellUnder ‘Exchanges’ section, it clearly states, “Only one exchange will be allowed per order.” That was why we had to reject her returned items at that time Please see the attached invoice that this customer signed onIt clearly shows that the customer read our return policy Plus, we understand that customers need to find the right color before buying a wig or hairpieceTherefore, we've been offering our customers FREE color swatchesColor rings are available as well Response to the customer’s desired settlement: The customer's refund of $is processed today since she returned the items in original and factory condition.Please note that, depending on the customer's credit card company, it may take an additional 2-business days for her credit to post to her account. If there is anything else we can provide further, please let me know.Thanks,

Dear *** ***,We hope this finds you well.After reviewing your order, we found that one of our agents, who handled your order, made a mistake when placing your order.You surely said the color "Silver Stone" but it seemed that our agent accidentally typed in other color "Cappucino" instead.Also,
as you can see from the screenshot we attached, this order says "From Online Store"Therefore, we first thought it was placed online by you.After our investigation, we found that our agent failed to follow through the protocol and ended up placing this order as a guest, which makes this order an online order.We're really sorry your shopping experience was not what you expectedAs shown in the screenshot attached, we fully refunded all your items without charging you any restocking fees.We will make sure it won't happen again.
