I was never contacted for a refund of goods. I have the receipt. I have also forwarded the materials along with receipt to the Rhode Island Attorney general offfice. I have also purchased the actual hair from the actual distributor and submitted that as well to prove what I purchased is illegitimate. This is now a legal mater being investigated.
