Beauty Zone Nails & Spa Reviews (3)

I went to Beauty Zone for a fill on my gel nails. The nail technician was quick and before she applied the polish, I pointed out a cloudy area under the artificial nail. She said it was nothing to worry about and that it was from my previous fill. Mind you, I paid before my service so that my nails would bot get messed up on my way out. The technician proceeded to paint over the nails. They looked great when I left, but then I started to worry that she filled right over the beginning stages of a fungus. A week and a half later I took off the nails because they were starting to lift. Sure enough, the nail I had suspected in the beginning was now a full on green, unsightly looking fungus. I called the [redacted] to tell him my situation and he told me to come in so he could have a look at it. The same day I went there and showed him. I told him the name of my nail technician and he didnt seem to care who did my nails. Instead he just sat there listening, rubbing my fungus nail, almost ad if he were checking that it was real. He tried to sell me some fungus ointment that I had already purchased at the local Sally Beauty Supply. Then this[redacted] nose started dripping with blood down his face and when I pointed it out to him, he got all nervous and looked frazzled and out of it, searching for tissues. [redacted] told me to come back Saturday. I had already told him my situation and showed him my $40 reciept. Why would I have to come back? I am extremely unsatisfied with such a shady way of handling business.[redacted]Desired SettlementThe nail technician who did my nails needs to be fired and I want my money back
