We were not aware that she just wanted to shorten the straps. We only pinned the bottom of the dress while she had it on. Review: I made a purchase that I later returned. Company policy is that they don't provide a cash refund but a store credit that has no expiration date. A few months after the original purchase I made another purchase but had to subsequently return this as well. When I attempted to return this latest purchase, they refused to accept it stating that it was not in the original packaging. I was quite perturbed by this and after some time left without receiving the service I requested. A few weeks later, I returned with the purchase in its original packaging and they still refused to accept it.Desired Settlement: I honored their request to return to the item in its original packaging. I would like the same courtesy of them honoring their policy and accepting the item. I no longer wish to do business with this company so instead of the store policy, I'd like the cash refund to put this incident behind me.
