Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The custom service rep clearly did not read the complaint, that's how responsible and effective they areI have been emailing them about the Tiron return and refund, and constantly get the non human response of “this email is Not associated with the order”..The item I returned and mentioned is the Tiron, it has nothing to do with the nail polish that I did Not Like and rep on the phone told me to throw away rather than sending it back on 8/26.
