Review: I have 3 transactions hitting my account from their business. I am being told that they had an issue where they were not properly charging people that visited the store and paid with a credit card. I only visited this store location one (1) time about 5 months ago and did one (1) transaction. I explained this to the "corporate" location over the phone and they told me there was nothing they could do about this but I could request to see the receipts. I called my bank and they said the transaction was keyed in it was not a transation where I swiped my card. I am requesting receipts with my signature for the amounts posting to my account that are not being given to me.Desired Settlement: I wouldl like my money refunded to me. This matter took place months ago according to them and there is no evidence of my signing and approving these transactions.
