the owner of Beautegy salon in *** posted an ad for training on lash extensions and teeth whitening. I recently just graduated as a full specialist esthetician and wanted to further my education and services by adding lash extensions and teeth whitening to my services. I discussed pricing and dates with the owner of Beautegy a month prior (January) to graduation and gave deposits for my training. Following training (February 28th) and after paying $650, I was told the day of my training that the certification I paid for has not yet come in the mail, and will be delivered to me by the next week. I have yet to receive any receipts or certifications for any of the material I was given after having to ask her multiple times. She disregards my questions entirely and has since stopped responding to my questioning on where my certificates are. She also gave me her old used teeth whitening machine that is BROKEN, and took my deposit and money I gave her to buy my supplies, and bought herself a brand new one (after looking it up and realizing the machine costs the same amount as my deposit). I have pictures of her business advertising her services with the same machine she gave me that was broken, and all the messages telling me she was ordering my stuff brand new.. I do not recommend Beautegy as the owner is a fraud.
