also attached the original receipt to make sure there is no confusion between the old and the new one as the old one was white. I made a video as well but it is too big and I am not sure how to send to you.Now I want my money back and I am willing to send this one back if they send me a prepaid shipping label.

Review: I purchased a Neck-O-Sage therapeutic neck massager from Evertone through a Deal Chicken purchase. The item that arrived, LOOKED like the product, but is clearly a knock-off.When I contacted the [redacted]) at Evertone, she would not vouch for her product and basically told me I needed to work through Deal Chicken to get a refund. I told her that what her company sent me is illegal. You can't advertise a product, use a photocopied instruction, and pass it off as the real thing. After asking her if she knew what her company was shipping, she hung up on me. The item I received is a knock-off non-name brand (possible home-made) resemblance of what was advertised. There is no instruction manual as the sheet indicates. The instructions included are a PHOTOCOPY of the "real" item's instructions. For example it says, 3 settings (mine only has an ON/OFF) of massage switch; It also says 2AA batteries (mine needs 4). Clearly, someone made this pouch to LOOK like the massager and put a photocopy of the REAL massager's instructions. It's basically a green pouch with a cheap bought vibrating mechanism jerry-rigged into it. Worse buy ever.Desired Settlement: Deal Chicken is working on giving me a credit, but to me this goes beyond a refund. Evertone needs to be held accountable for their false advertising. It should be a crime (illegal) to pass things off as another item, no matter how much you discount it.

Sincerely,

Review: The product in question involves the Ab Transform Belt Pro Toning Kit ([redacted]) that is sold through Beautyko. I had originally tried ordering it through a Marketplace type setup through Target's website a while back (12/**/14) and when I received it (12/**/14), the product in question was not the product itself. It was an entirely different ab belt system. Thinking that this was a mistake, I returned it through Target on 12/**/2014. At this point, I still wanted the product and I happened to check directly through Beautyko's website to order it though there. After finding the product, I was thrilled to see it was offered there and for a much more reasonable/cheaper price. I ended up ordering the product (12/**/14) through the Beautyko website and received it on 12/**/2014.

When I opened up the package, the so-called product was in an Ab Transform box, but it looked like it had been opened and re-taped (poorly) shut. When I removed the item from the padded envelope, the item was falling out of the box. When I removed the item from the box, I pulled its contents from the packing and when I noticed the manual, it wasn't the correct product. The product I ordered was the Ab Transform, not the "Transform XL System", which was stated on the manual. Also, to power the ab belt, it looks like they removed the original Ab Transform power device and stuck it with whatever product they gave me. I say this, because that is the only item that said Ab Transform on anything that was provided.

Considering that this was the second time this happened, first sending me the incorrect product through Target, and then sending me an entirely different product by concealing the contents in an Ab Transform box, I think this company is very deceitful and betraying the customer's trust.

FYI: Also, if you want to find similar customer complaints (because it looks like it has happened to others as well), here is a link to the item being sold by Beautyko through [redacted]'s website ([redacted]).

I'd appreciate any assistance in following through with this company and their poor tactics. I would ultimately like to receive the correct product, but it makes me hesitant to see if they would actually follow through.

Thank you.

Kindest regards,

[redacted]Desired Settlement: Ultimately, I would like the CORRECT/ACTUAL product sent to me...no games or different products. If that can not be provided, I would like my money back.

Review: I purchased a swing massager over the phone from this company on Saturday, December **, 2014. The transaction number is [redacted] and I used a [redacted] debit card. I recognized that the money was drafted from my account and waited patiently for the package to come. After two weeks had passed , I called to find out the where abouts of my package. I was told that it had not left the California, warehouse where it would be shipped from. I called back a week later and was told the same thing so I asked for a refund and was told that the matter would be sent to there accounting department. I asked that a return call would be made to update me as to what was being done about my order. I received no such call. I call once everyday to inquire about my purchase/refund and told that either the person was not there or that my issue had been sent to accounting. I then asked to for the names of the people I was speaking to. The first phone clerk told me her name was [redacted] and would not give me her last name because she claimed that my problem had nothing to do with her. I asked for supervisor and spoke to a [redacted] that told me that the other rep did not have to give me her name and my matter was sent to accounting. I have not received the item or a refund and it is now February *, 2015. I have not received a phone call either and I am at a loss for knowing what to do at this point.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded my money (129.95)- the amount that was deducted from my checking account that I used to purchase the item that never arrived.

Review: I paid for a certificate offered by this company and placed an order but still have to receive the product.

On June **, 2014 I placed an online order with Beautyko.co for a 5 in 1 Beautoko callus remover. Order [redacted] was placed and paid in full with certificate [redacted] I paid 40.00 for. The certificate covered the 99.95 cost and shipping. I received an email order confirmation same day within minutes. I paid for the certificate with my debit card. I sent requests for shipment information as it was still showing in process on July [redacted] through their website contact option. On July **, 2014 I sent them an email directly from my gmail account indicating that I still have yet to receive the order. I have received NO reply to date.Desired Settlement: I want the product as described sent to me immediately. I have tried to work this out with this company but have not been able to get any help from them. Please assist me with this issue. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
