Review: We are a manufacture of vitamin D products located in [redacted] Ontario. Our warehouse shipped the wrong product to this customer. They then shipped the correct product and sent a separate truck to pick of the incorrect product and the owner of this company (Beautyline LLC) has refused to return the wrong product to us. The cost of the correct product is $37,778.40. The cost of the incorrect shipment was $26,330.40. So we are out $26,330.40.Twice we have sent a truck but to no avail. We have also asked her to ship the product back at her convenience collect.We shipped to [redacted] in [redacted], MD [redacted]. We have a picture of her selling the incorrect product shipped on the internet.She picked up the phone this week when I called and said she was on a business trip in Japan. Her drivers license is [redacted] and her given name is Peng M* although she goes by Penny.She has no desire to send our product or pay for this product either. This is theft!Desired Settlement: We would like our product shipped back, however we are worried that the product may not be in the best shape. We would prefer to be paid!
